Narva linna tänavavalgustus

Abstract

Käesoleva magistritööga on analüüsitud Narva linna olemasolevat tänavavalgustust ning välja pakutud võimalik tänavavalgustuse arenduse suund. Töö eesmärgi saavutamiseks on püstitatud järgmised ülesanded: • selgitada tänavavalgustuse hetke olukorda; • olemasolevate valgustite paiknemise abil hinnata rekonstrueerimiskulusid; • anda hinnang pimedate tänavalõikude valgustuse väljaehitamise kuludele; • vähendada tänavavalgustuse püsikulusid parandades samaaegselt sotsiaalset turvatunnet. Magistritöös on antud ülevaade Narva linna tänavavalgustuse hetke olukorrast. Tänavavalgustus baseerub Na-kõrgrõhulampidel, mille energiatarve on suur. Nende vahetamine LEDvalgustitega ei tule kõne alla, kuna nende soetuskulud on suured ning töötavate kõrgrõhulampide ära viskamine on majandusliku mõtlemise seisukohast lubamatu. Tulenevalt antud faktidest on hetkel üleminek teist tüüpi valgustitele piiratud ning valgustuse juhtimine tuleks kohandada, nii et olemasolevatele valgustitele lisatakse moodulid, mis võimaldavad suhtlust üle andmesidevõrgu ning mida on võimalik kasutada ka uuete valgusti tüüpidega. Töös on välja pakutud valgustuse juhtimissüsteemi arendus. Valgustite ühendamine ühtsesse süsteemi ning tänavavalgustuse visualiseerimine. Ära on toodud tänavavalgustuse juhtimise lihtsustamiseks tänavavalgustuse grupid. Lisaks on välja pakutud ristumiste ja ristumisest järgnevatele valgustusmastide külge paigaldatavad liikumisandurid aitavad statistikat koostada inimeste ja autode liikumisest. Liikumisharjumuste analüüs võimaldab paremat valgustuse reguleerimist ning annab parema ülevaate tänavate koormusest. Töös on näidispiirkonna abil tehtud valgustusearvutused, valgustite toite liini lühisvoolude arvutused ja pingekao arvutused. Lähtudes näidispiirkonnast on tehtud majandusarvutused ja laiendatud kogu linna valgustusele. Töös on analüüsitud 2012 aasta tarbimist. Lisades on välja toodud olemasoleva olukorra näited valgustitest, kilpidest ja kohaliku omavalitsuse ning VKG ehituse vahelisest tööde aruandlusest.

This thesis deals with the Narva town street lighting reconstruction planning. The work includes calculation of short-circuit currents and voltage drops. Requirements of street lightning system design are provided. Overall description and quality of existing street lighting are presented. Consumption is calulated and 2012 year consumption is measured by electrical meter. The aim is to find out how much energy is possible to save by using street lighting control and dimming system. How much is possible to save when replacing high pressure lamps with LED lights? In order to find out the amount of saved energy, lightning scenarios need to be developed. For the simplified and more efficient use of street lighting visualization system needs to be integrated. Some examples for electrical drawings are given in Appendices.
