Thesis was to investigate and analyze to learn the Estonian youth (age range 18-30 years old) with the knowledge and attitude of the Estonian pension system, focusing primarily in 1983. a. and later, people born in the mandatory second pension pillar, which depends on the choice of most young people's well-being in retirement. In the theoretical part is spelled out in Estonia and more focused on the three pillars of the pension to another pension pillars. Used in the empirical part of the questionnaire that was sent via the Internet, distributed and received feedback from 58 young. The questionnaire survey results of the analysis showed that young people in knowledge of the pension funds and the pension system is rather lacking. The results suggest that young Estonians do not realize the importance of your retirement and pension assets as real money, which will depend on future pension payments and thus quality of life.
Bakalaureusetöö eesmärk oli uurida ja analüüsida, et teada saada Eesti noorte (vanusevahemik 18-30 eluaastat) teadmisi ja suhtumist Eesti pensionisüsteemist, keskendudes ennekõike 1983. a. ja hiljem sündinud inimestele kohustuslikule II pensionisambale, mille valikust sõltub noorte heaolu pensionieas kõige enam. Töö teoreetilises osas on lahti kirjutatud Eesti kolm pensionisammast ja täpsemalt keskendutud teisele pensionisambale. Empiirilises osas kasutati ankeetküsitlust mis saadeti interneti teel laiali ja saadi tagasisidet 58 noorelt. Ankeetküsitluse tulemusi analüüsides nähtus, et noorte teadmised pensionifondidest ja pensionisüsteemist on pigem puudulikud. Tulemustest järeldub, et eesti noored ei teadvusta endale pensionikogumise olulisust ja pensionivara kui reaalset raha, millest sõltub tulevikus pensionimakse ja seeläbi elukvaliteet.
