El objetivo de este trabajo es referirnos a las dificultades que los Testigos de Jehová tienen en España y comentar las sentencias del TEDH relacionadas con las mismas problemáticas y protagonistas. Queremos comprobar el modo en que la jurisprudencia del máximo intérprete del Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos ha incidido y puede influir en las decisiones del Tribunal Constitucional español sobre libertad religiosa, teniendo en cuenta que en nuestro Ordenamiento las sentencias del TEDH gozan de especial relevancia, en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 10.2 de la Constitución
The aim of this paper is to analyze the difficulties that Jehovah's Witnesses have in Spain and comment on ECHR judgments related to the same problems and protagonists. We want to verify how the case law of the highest interpreter of the European Convention of Human Rights has influenced and can influence in the Spanish Constitutional Court judgments on religious freedom, taking into account that in our Ordinance the ECHR judgments have special relevance, in under the provisions of article 10.2 of the Spanish Constitution
