El objeto de este comentario es analizar la Sentencia de la Audiencia Provincial de Navarra 222/2021, de 17 de marzo, rec. núm. 341/2019, pronunciamiento importante no solo en el ámbito de la distinción entre culpa exclusiva de la víctima o concurrencia de culpas, sino también en el concepto del deber de diligencia de los asesores fiscales como elemento esencial de la responsabilidad civil
