El trabajo aborda la producción normativa durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Se centra en las distintas vías jurídicas que han sido utilizadas para aprobar las normas que se están aplicando durante la pandemia. Esas vías son el estado de alarma, la legislación sanitaria y los Decretos-leyes. El artículo estudia hasta qué punto son intercambiables, el ámbito de las normas que se pueden aprobar a través de la legislación sanitaria y la intervención de los jueces para autorizar o ratificar esas medidas
The work addresses normative production during the COVID-19 pandemic. It focuses on the different legal paths that have been used to approve the regulations that are being applied during the pandemic. These routes are the state of alarm, health legislation and Decree-laws. The article studies to what extent they are interchangeable, the scope of the rules that can be approved through health legislation and the intervention of judges to authorize or ratify these measures
