Today's society can not be satisfied with a formal democracy, a conditioned freedom, a mediatized right to know or public spending without effective control. The solution could go through a series of pillars, such as an Open Government, a transparent society with citizens who can inform themselves as much as they wish without imposing obstacles, and a greater public ethic, given that all this generates greater confidence in the institutions public. That is why we must demand a society without borders, solidarity and that does not encourage inequalities, with an ethical conduct in its public managers and from the citizen movement. With transparency, ethics and citizen control, a new society can be built
