En este trabajo pretendo subrayar, en primer término, el protagonismo del contrato a tiempo parcial como solución teórica al desempleo o como medida de reparto del empleo. En segundo lugar, analizaré la implementación de su construcción teórica y legal sobre la realidad del empleo en España. El origen de mi interés por abordar este trabajo se sitúa en los datos alarmantes que se derivan de los estudios sociológicos y estadísticos más recientes. Se mostrará que ya no es posible cerrar los ojos a la desigualdad y pobreza que existen en el empleo
In this work I intend to emphasize, first, the prominence of the part-time contract as a theoretical solution to unemployment or as a distribution of employment. Secondly, I purport to analyse the implementation of its theoretical and legal construction in the reality of employment in Spain. The origin of my interest in addressing this work lies in the alarming data stemming from recent sociological context. We argue that it is no longer possible to close our eyes to the inequality and poverty arising in the new forms of employment
