El artículo versa sobre la actual problemática del «yo» en la filosofía de la mente y sus repercusiones en el ámbito de la responsabilidad penal, teniendo en cuenta la reciente controversia entre la Neurociencia y el Derecho Penal sobre el alcance del determinismo en la delimitación del comportamiento voluntario.

The present article deals with the problem of «self» in the philosophy of mind and its implications for criminal responsibility, considering the recent controversy between Neuroscience and Criminal Law on the scope of determinism in the definition of voluntary behavior
