Modelos de gobernanza global de la inteligencia artificial

Abstract

Grupo de investigación SEJ-459 “Medioambiente, Ordenación del Territorio y Energía”, del Departamento de Derecho Administrativo de la UGR.

En esta contribución examino la competición por el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial a nivel global y los distintos modelos regulatorios que se están desarrollando. En un innovador ejercicio de síntesis, analizo el modelo de la República Popular China centrado en la intervención estatal; el modelo estadounidense cuyo foco es el mercado; y el modelo europeo cuya base son los principios éticos.
