Abstract

Talking about Tourism in today's world is no longer only referring to spaces and tourists who travel to diverse places, far from their daily environment, for personal, economic or leisure purposes, but also as a search for tranquility in the field of emotional health. Tourism in coastal areas is increasingly common, associated with the search for biological, mental, social and/or spiritual well-being. The main objective of this research was to collect scientific evidence on the emotional behavior of visitors in a context of sun and beach. The systematic review of articles on Sun and Beach Tourism, indexed in Scopus, Scielo and Google academic, was used as a method, emphasizing the last five years. The close connection between emotions during the trip, expectations and experiences at the destination stands out. Among its main findings, it was found that in these experiences, when they are positive, they generate loyalty, willingness to repeat them and recommend them to others, while when they are negative, satisfaction and the probability of their recommendation decrease. In conclusion, recognizing and adapting to emotional dynamics are key strategies to promote positive results, strengthen reputation and encourage loyalty and recommendation in the tourism industry.
