Las proteínas del líquido cefalorraquídeo son concentradas por filtración a través de Minicón TM-D y separadas por electroforesis sobre acetato de celulosa. Las valores obtenidos en 30 pacientes normales son 5,7 ± 1,4 % para la prealbúmina; 58,3 ± 4,6 % para la albúmina, y 5,0 ± 0,9 %; 7,0 ± 1,0 %; 15,5 ± 1,9 %, y 8,6 ± 1,9 % para las α1 α2 y β3 γ globulinas, respectivamente.
