Aislamiento e identificación de Cocos Gram positivos productores de Anginas: II. Estreptococos

Abstract

We show the technical followed to isolations and conservations of bEl tahemolitic-streptococcus from patiens with quinsy. We appoint as well the tests, bichemical as serolQgical, to identification of 59 isolated trails, we find that 48 are of the Lancefield's "A" group, 4.of the ,"F" group, non of the "G" ,group and 7 are imposible to make the identification because we have not the specific antibody. The lactose is fermented by all the strains. The positive bacitracine test is not convincing to asseverate that a beta-hemolitic-streptococcus concerns to the "A" group of Lancefteld. Finally the inmunoftuorescens reaction has only be en positive. to the group "A" of strains.
