Los ensayos de disgregación constituyen una de las pruebas más tradicionalmente empleadas en la evaluación de la calidad de los comprimidos. En el presente trabajo se realiza una, revisión de los principales métodos, dividiéndolos en los grupos siguientes: - Método "ni vitro", que corresponden a los realizados con dispositivos que intentan asemejarse en lo posible a las condiciones fisiológicas del organismo. - Métodos "in vivo", que mediante técnicas especiales permiten la visualización directa o indirecta del comprimido dentro del organismo o bien de los efectos producidos por la disgregación del mismo.
The assays of disintegration are one of the traditional methods Used to check up the quality of the tablets. In this work we are doing a revision of the main methods, grouping them as follows: Methods "in vitro" a,re the corresponding to those realized vith means intendings to represent tbe 'P'hysiological conditions of human body. - Metholds "in vivo" are those that throug special techniques allow the direct or indirect singht of the tablet in the body or the effects produced by itls desintegration.
