Aportaciones colorimétricas a la caracterización y mejora de aceites de oliva virgen

Abstract

La presente Tesis Doctoral, enmarcada dentro de dicho proyecto, tiene como objetivos principales: realizar un análisis profundo de la medida del color y turbidez del aceite de oliva, elaborar una serie de patrones del color de aceite de manera que el color pueda especificarse de una forma sencilla y estudiar las respuestas emocionales y preferencias de color en observadores de distintos países.

This Doctoral Thesis, framed inside such project, has as main objectives: to realize a deep analysis on the colour and turbidity measurement of the olive oil. To elaborate a series of patterns of the olive oil colour so that the colour can be specified in an easier way. And study the emotional responses and colour preferences of olive oil colour in observers from different countries.
