Abstract

Key aspects of international commercial arbitration This study presents in a written and synthetic form the contents of the monographic course given within the framework of the XLVI Course of International Law Course organised by the OAS in 2019 (Rio de Janeiro). It addresses the substantive issues in the specific field of international commercial arbitration: validity of the arbitration agreement, law applicable to the merits of the dispute, reasoning of the arbitral award and courts intervention in the arbitration proceedings.

En él se abordan las cuestiones sustantivas del ámbito específico del arbitraje comercial internacional: validez del acuerdo arbitral, ley aplicable al fono de la controversia, motivación del laudo arbitral e intervención judicial en el procedimiento arbitral
