Este trabajo analiza, desde una perspectiva de Derecho comparado, los diferentes sistemas de determinación de la ley aplicable al fondo de la controversia en el arbitraje comercial internacional, los conflictos entre esta ley y los acuerdos de las partes y la intervención de normas de orden público internacional.

This paper analyses, from a comparative law perspective, the different systems for determining the law applicable to the merits of the dispute in international commercial arbitration, the conflicts between this law and the parties' agreements and the intervention of international public policy rules.
