Abstract

La revolución 4.0 va a transformar la gestión de las empresas, nuestra economía y las formas de trabajo Hay que impulsar una reforma en profundidad del Sistema de Formación para el Empleo en España, para conseguir que se adapte a las necesidades de la digitalización. Se debe centrar la atención en los necesarios nuevos cambios que se avecinan en lo que afecta a la Atención a la Dependencia, Asistencia Social y Servicios Sociales y Sistema Nacional de Salud. Desde hace ya bastantes años la estabilidad laboral “de por vida” es algo impensable. Hay que aprender a lo largo de toda la vida.

En este trabajo se pone de manifiesto, de forma general, el impacto que la robótica va a producir en las relaciones laborales. Resalta, especialmente, la necesaria “intervención” en la Formación Profesional y en el Sistema de Protección Social. Es preciso, y de extrema urgencia, que el sistema educativo se coordine con las nuevas necesidades. Además, la atención a la dependencia reclama cambios profundos. La necesidad de dichos cambios, aunque venía de antiguo, se ha hecho más evidente desde la pandemia que estamos sufriendo por la Covid-19.
