Abstract

En esta segunda comunicación al estudio físico de los comprimidos se ensaya peso y dureza de comprimidos de diferente tamaño, con o sin escotadura diametral, preparados con diferente presión y diferente dosificación, con objeto de fijar el mínimo número de pruebas a efectuar para alcanzar un valor estadísticamente aceptable y de establecer la influencia en la dureza de los comprimidos de los factores antes enumerados. Se estudia asimismo el ensayo de erosionabilidad con el disco de Erweka y la túrbula, fijando condiciones de número de comprimidos en cada ensayo y tiempo de duración del mismo para llegar a valores aceptables.
