Estudio y Cálculo de sistemas de cerramiento alternativos para un modelo de vivienda de gasto energético casi nulo

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es hacer una comparación entre distintos sistemas constructivos, en principio con cierta garantía de eficiencia energética, con el fin de contrastar sus cualidades para conseguir una vivienda de gasto casi nulo. En primer lugar se presenta el sistema constructivo, con información de casas comerciales, de cada una de ellas. Posteriormente se representa gráficamente los encuentros constructivos más relevantes del modelo de edificación de estudio, definido a continuación, el mismo para todos con el fin de contrastarlos entre sí. De cada uno de estos detalles constructivos se obtiene mediante el programa Therm una termografía de la temperatura dentro de la sección y una termografía con la intensidad de flujo de calor, con la intención de conocer los posibles puentes térmicos. Una vez observado los elementos constructivos, se cuantifican las pérdidas totales del edificio mediante el software PHPP, tablas excel desarrolladas por la Plataforma Passivhaus de obtención de calificación energética, para determinar el alcance de cada sistema constructivo de forma numérica. Por último se elaboran las conclusiones obtenidas por el proceso de investigación y una breve valoración personal.
