Abstract

Se proponen nuevos métodos fluorimetricos utilizando como reactivo la 1,2-dihidroxiantraquinona-3-sulfonato sodico. mediante formación de complejos binarios con este reactivo se determinan: b(iii), mo(vi), w(vi) y v(v), todos ellos en presencia de un tensioactivo cationico: bromuro de cetiltrimetilamonio, excepto b(iii) cuya determinación se establece en medio acuoso. por formación de un complejo ternario con zr(iv) y edta se proponen métodos para el análisis de ambos. aplicando la técnica de fluorescencia sincrónica-derivada se resuelven las mezclas binarias de b(iii)+mo(vi) y mo(vi)+w(vi), esta ultima en medio micelar. se desarrolla un modelo quimiometrico aplicando la regresión lineal por mínimos cuadrados para el calculo de los parámetros de calidad de un método analítico, así como para la estimación del nivel de tolerancia de sustancias interferentes. igualmente se propone un protocolo estadístico para comprobar la validez de un resultado analítico aplicando la técnica de adición de patrón, utilizando la regresión lineal.
