Alteraciones fisiológicas en membranas de micorrizas arbusculares

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se han estudiado y puesto de manifiesto diversas modificaciones fisiologicas y bioquimicas que se producen en la membrana de la micorriza como consecuencia de su transformacion de raiz en micorriza arbuscular. estas alteraciones se pueden resumir en una mayor actividad en el enzima h+-atpasa de plasmalema, diferencias en la composición lipidica en estas membranas, con especial incremento en su nivel de instauración, y cambios a nivel del patrón del ph micorrizosferico en comparación con el rizosferico. Asimismo, se ha postulado un nuevo esquema para el intercambio bidireccional de nutrientes entre ambos simbiontes a nivel de la interfase arbuscular, y parecen haberse puesto de manifiesto diferentes estrategias nutricionales en las plantas micorrizadas con respecto a las que no lo estan, con una relación directa con respecto al grado de dependencia de la planta a la formación de este tipo de micorriza. Asi, las plantas mas dependientes a la formación de estas, llevarían a cabo cambios de carácter estructural. las menos dependientes, sin renunciar a cambios estructurales, se modificarían, fundamentalmente, en su actividad enzimática
