Abstract

La caida de la antigua casa Ayuntamiento de Maracena, construída en los años cuarenta y el encargo por parte de la primera corporación democrática de su nueva construcción, es un proceso que se ha repetido a lo largo de toda la historia, es donde intencionadamente se encuentra el sentido simbólico de la Arquitectura.

La necesidad de ligar la ética a la estética, de plasmar fisicamente el sentimiento de transformador de un pueblo es el papel que debe recuperar el arquitecto.
