Abstract

The use of technology and the Internet for teaching statistics is a powerful tool, which allows students to realise the relevance of the study of this subject in many areas either professional or from daily life. Currently, the students and teachers have access to a variety of resources for teaching statistics topics, which can be easily found on the Internet. However, the materials found in the network are not always suitable for learning these subjects. In this paper, we present a list of Internet resources that may be useful for teaching the central tendency measures in secondary education. We conducted a thorough analysis of some of these resources so that they can be used by both teachers and students, in the teaching and learning of this subject.
