Entornos comunicativos de aprendizaje: Coordenadas para comprender los procesos de aprendizaje y el CSCL

Abstract

Se presentan algunos de los conceptos que se enmarcan dentro de la psicología cultural que sirven para comprender cómo aprenden las personas en interacción y que suponen la base para desarrollar el potencial de los entornos CSCL (Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning). Se exponen algunas propuestas exitosas sobre entornos comunicativos que demuestran las potencialidades para el aprendizaje a través de la construcción del conocimiento conjunto y la transformación de las relaciones docente-alumno-contenido. Se concluye con algunas orientaciones que sirven para planificar procesos de aprendizaje en entornos CSCL (Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning) e indagar en la mejora, como: realizar diseños que abran los entornos a las comunidades socioculturales en las que se sitúan; generar ambientes inclusivos que aprovechen el conocimiento distribuido y equilibren relaciones de poder; estructurar procesos para que los participantes se desarrollen académica y socialmente; incluir en los diseños y estudios de dinámicas formales e informales de interacción grupal.
