The parity policy refers how the women overcome the "crystal roof' and taking part in a progressive way and comparable to the males into public field, reducing significantly the space that separates among the male and femalc sex in thisambit. The par democracy must not be only quantitative (in terms of quotas), approaching the percentage of representation ofone and another sex, but, overall, it has taking in qualitative terms, like an essential component of the contemporary democracy and, on definitive, ofthe more basic rights ofthe female sexo There are no doubts that the role from the political parties is fundamental to conquest the par democracy, wherefore we test how this problematic retlects on the effective Constitutions Spanish, French and Portuguese.
