Estudio de habilidades sociales en un colegio de Educación Especial

Abstract

Las habilidades sociales es una de los puntos más importantes de la educación especial, pues pretende que los alumnos con necesidades específicas de apoyo educativo tengan un desarrollo autónomo propio a la que la sociedad actual exige. La realización de este trabajo tiene como principal objetivo analizar el grado de habilidad y competencia social que poseen los alumnos de tres aulas de P.T.V.A.L (Programa de Transición a la Vida Adulta y Laboral) del colegio de Educación Especial estudiado, a través del punto de vista del profesorado. El diseño utilizado en este investigación ha sido un diseño trasversal y descriptivo, pues intenta describir una característica o fenómeno de la realidad educativa, y a su vez, mide de manera individual los conceptos y las variables a las que se refiere. Dando como resultados el buen desarrollo del alumnado en cuanto a las habilidades sociales básicas como saludar, ayudar a la gente, pedir prestado algo… así como la impulsividad y la agresividad como unas de las principales causas de su desfavorable integración social.
