El aceite de oliva en Educación Infantil

Abstract

La presente unidad didáctica está dirigida a alumnos de Educación Infantil de edades comprendidas entre los 5 y 6 años, es decir, del segundo ciclo. Se desarrollará en un Colegio de Úbeda (Jaén) con el fin de que el alumnado conozca el entorno privilegiado que le rodea, en el que destaca el olivo, y las características y elementos fundamentales que lo definen. Entre los objetivos se procurará que el alumnado tome conciencia de la importancia que tiene el aceite de oliva en nuestra vida diaria, cómo se lleva a cabo el cultivo del olivo, la elaboración de los productos que derivan de él y un sinfín de conocimientos relacionados con esta temática. Todo ello se trabajará mediante una serie de actividades que desarrollaremos a lo largo de once sesiones en las cuales el alumnado se acercará a los contenidos relacionados con las tres áreas de conocimiento definidas en la normativa curricular de Educación Infantil. Se tendrá una especial atención a la diversidad como veremos al final del desarrollo de la unidad didáctica para que todos los alumnos estén integrados y se les preste una atención adecuada y personalizada.
