Abstract

Actualmente, la atención está cobrando cada vez más relevancia en el ámbito educativo, debido a que es la base de muchos de los procesos de aprendizaje, además las personas nos enfrentamos día a día con situaciones que requieren atención. La atención, no puede definirse de forma simple, ni ligarse a una única estructura anatómica ni explorarse con un único test. Por ello, el concepto de atención es una etiqueta que engloba, por un lado, un sistema complejo que influye en el procesamiento de la información, y por otro, distintos procesos cerebrales (Zomeren y Brouwer, 1994, citado por Pérez Hernández, 2008, p.61).
