Obesidad y sedentarismo en la escuela

Abstract

Con mi Trabajo Fin de Grado persigo ayudar a la comunidad educativa, profesores, alumnos y a las familias, con la educación nutricional de los niños y la importancia de la realización de ejercicio físico diario y las consecuencias de una vida sedentaria. Por ello finalmente presento mi propuesta de intervención en la que intento dar solución a este problema mediante la promoción de la actividad física en las escuelas, la alimentación variada dentro y fuera de los centros educativos, y presentando los riesgos negativos a los que se enfrenta la sociedad, más en concreto la población infantil, con el creciente aumento de la obesidad en nuestro país.
