Se estudia por la técnica de Mitchell en ratas blancas en crecimiento, la acción de un laxante de contacto (4,4'-diacetoxi-difenil-piridil-2-metano , DDPM) sobre los coeficientes de digestibilidad de la proteína, grasa, hidratos de carbono de una dieta ajustada. El laxante se ensayó en dos dosis: 1 y 2 mgrs. por animal y día. También se estudió el comportamiento sobre el tiempo de paso y sobre el volumen de ingesta y el rendimiento energético de la dieta.

It is study by Mitchell's technic in white rats in increase, the action of a laxative of contact (4,4' diacetoxi-difenil-piridil-2 metano, DDPM) on the coefficients of digestibility of the protein, fat, hydrates of carbon of a justed diet.The laxative was practiced in two doses: I and two mgr. for animal and day.
