Abstract

Schwannoma is a tumor located in the head and neck in the middle of casos. The most frequent location is the eighth cranial nerve causing hearing loss and tinnitus. The treatment is surgical excision. Below are a rare location for this tumor, maxillary sinus. Causes of headache and nasal respiratory failure. There is no consensus on the approach to surgery. We opted for combined surgery: endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) by external surgery of Cadwel-Luc antrostomy
