Abstract

Se hace una reseña inicial de la evolución de los métodos electroforéticos sobre papel.Se revisan los principios físico-químicos del método, conductividades eléctricas, electrolitos débiles y fuertes, aminoácidos y partículas coloidales, en función de su densidad de carga,así como la influencia del pH del medio sobre el desplazamiento dentro de un campo eléctrico. Se estudian también el comportamiento de los alcaloides, y las técnicas utilizadas para su separación e identificación.

It makes an initial review of the electrophoretic methods evolution over paper. Physicochemical principles belonging to the method, electric conductivities, weak and strong electrolytes, amino acids and colloidal particles according to their charge density, as well as the pH medium influence on displacement inside an electric field will be reviewed. Also, it examines alkaloids behaviour, and used skills for their division and their identification.
