Sesquiterpenos y fenilpropanoides de Seseli vayredanum Font Quer

Abstract

Se ha realizado un estudio exhaustivo del extracto hexanico de las partes aéreas de seseli vayredanum. Tras una serie de separaciones cromatograficas, cristalización, preparación de derivados, se han aislado e identificado doce fenilpropanoides, cuatro sesquiterpenos eudesmenicos y nueve sesquiterpenos con esqueleto de guayanos asímismo se han aislado también fitol, lupeol, falcarindiol, b-sitosterol y estigmasterona. De los productos mencionados 13 de ellos se aíslan por primera vez como compuestos naturales. Las elucilaciones estructurales se han realizado con ayuda de las técnicas espectroscopicas usuales (ir, uv, em, rmn) y en algunos casos con técnicas de correlación bidimensional (cosyl, heterocosy, noe). La estereoquimica de los guayanos (1bh, 5bh, 6ah, 7ah) y de los eudesmenos (5bh, 6af, 7ah, 10ame) corrobora la hipótesis que ambas series estereoquimicas son características de umbeliferas. Por otra parte la ausencia total de cumarinas apoya la clasificación botánica de esta especie dentro del genero athamanta, mejor que dentro del genero seseli
