This Paper is a review of the floral arrangement in parks, gardens and streets of the city of Melilla. It contains 147 different types of firewood plant species and some other herb plants of great size, which set up not only a valuable natural heritage, but also an important didactic resource for the studies of plants in Primary Education, Secondary Education and Higher Secondary Education, due to its proximity and its diversity.
Este trabajo es una revisión de la flora ornamental de los parques, jardines y calles de la Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla. Recoge 147 especies de plantas leñosas y de algunas herbáceas de gran porte que constituyen, además de un rico patrimonio natural, un importante recurso didáctico para el estudio de los vegetales en Educación Primaria, E.S.O. y Bachillerato, por su proximidad y su diversidad.
