Abstract

Biotina-soporte poroso, métodos de obtención y usos. Compuesto que comprende biotina unida a un soporte poroso mediante un “linker” (grupo de unión o enlazante) que contiene el grupo 1,2,3-triazol. La invención también se refiere al método de obtención del compuesto y a sus usos para la purificación de avidina y proteínas biotiniladas, así como para el marcaje fluorescente de avidina.
