Abstract

Explicit: "... 2º. Que se otorgue a D. Antonio Zayas de la Vega la correspondiente licencia para hacer las reparaciones necesarias en el Molino y conducir a él las aguas de la mina y del río Torrente en cantidad máxima de 250 litros por segundo. Dios guarde a V.S. muchos años. Granada 30 de Noviembre 1867. Eduardo Pelayo" (fol. 42).

Incipit: "Señor Ingeniero Jefe: Adjunto tengo el honor de devolver a V. el espediente que se sirvió remitirme con fcha. 21 del actual, sobre aprovechamiento de aguas del Río Torrente ..." (fol. 1).

"Copia del informe emitido en 30 de Noviembre 1867 por el Ayudante 2º D. Eduardo Pelayo sobre los aprovechamientos de aguas del río Torrente en el término de Nigüelas" (fol. 1).

El informe está escrito sobre papel timbrado del Cuerpo Nacional de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de la Provincia de Granada.
