Este capítulo analiza las relaciones entre el Derecho contractual europeo y el Derecho internacional privado y las funciones del Derecho internacional privado en relación con la arminización del Derecho privado europeo.

This chapter analyses the relationships between European contract law and Private International Law and the funcions of Conflict of Laws in relation with the harmonisation of European private Law.
