Expresión de antígenos HLA clase I e infección por papilomavirus humano tipo 16 en la neoplasia cervical uterina y lesiones precursoras

Abstract

Sobre una casuística de 109 diagnósticos de diferentes entidades nosologicas de cervix uterino, se determina la presencia de antígenos hla clase i mediante la técnica de la inmunoperoxidasa, encontrando que tanto el epitelio normal como los condilomas y las lesiones intraepiteliales conservan la expresión de estos antígenos, mientras que los tumores invasores pierden esta capacidad en el 15% de los casos, correlacionándose con la invasión del estroma y un aumento de su malignidad. Se investiga también la presencia de papilomavirus tipo 16 en estas lesiones. Salvo en los condilomas, donde el genoma viral se presento en el 60% (estimado por técnicas de pcr), para el resto de las lesiones, el segmento orf e6 del genoma viral se evidencio aproximadamente en el 82%, determinándose su preferencia por los tumores de cervix bien diferenciados y que mantenían su capacidad de expresar antígenos hla clase i.
