Síntesis hidrotermal de Caolinita : estudio cinético

Abstract

El objeto de la presente tesis doctoral es el establecimiento de la cinética del proceso de síntesis hidrotermal de caolinita. esta se ha realizado a partir de geles silico - aluminicos amorfos, tratados en reactores a presión. la caolinita sintetizada se caracterizo por drx, atd-tg, ir, sem-eds, tem, área superficial. el estudio cinético se ha basado en la aplicación de varios modelos. el que mas se ajusta a los resultados considera que la formación de caolinita se produce a través de una reacción en dos etapas consecutivas de orden 1. la primera corresponde a las transformaciones especificas que deben producirse en cada gel para que se forme un precursor de la caolinita (identificado por sem). esta fase esta muy influenciada por la composicion del gel. en la segunda etapa se produce el paso de precursor a caolinita. esta etapa presenta las mismas características para todos los geles; la energía de activación asociada es de 61 6 kjmol. la extrapolación del modelo a condiciones edaficas muestra una buena correlación con los datos procedentes de suelos.
