Inserción laboral, trayectorias académicas y profesionales del alumnado de Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos por la Universidad de Granada

Abstract

The research conducted by Rafael Martínez Martín and colleagues aims to provide a realistic tool for professional and academic guidance. By analyzing the trajectories of graduates from 2018 to 2020, the study moves beyond theoretical approaches to document the actual experiences of students transitioning into the workforce or continuing their education. Key areas of focus include postgraduate choices, job search strategies, professional conditions, and the perceived utility of the degree.
