El objetivo ha sido analizar un modelo de predicción de las metas de logro 2x2 a partir de la satisfacción y motivación del estudiante de secundaria. La muestra fue de 758 estudiantes (347 hombres y 411 mujeres) de educación secundaria de centros públicos de la Región de Murcia, con edades de entre 13 y 18 años (M = 15.22; DT = 1.27). Se utilizó un cuestionario compuesto por el Sport Satisfaction Instrument, Escala de Motivación en el Deporte y el Cuestionario de Metas de Logro 2x2. Se realizaron análisis descriptivos, de correlaciones y modelos de ecuaciones estructurales. Los resultados muestran altos valores en satisfacción diversión, motivación intrínseca y extrínseca y de aproximación maestría, revelando correlaciones positivas entre ellas. Finalmente, la satisfacción es un importante predictor de la motivación intrínseca, y ésta, de la aproximación maestría, siendo negativa con la evitación maestría. La motivación extrínseca predice fundamentalmente la evitación.

The goal was to found a prediction model of 2x2 achievement goals based *on a matrix* of motivation and satisfaction about high school students. The sample has been taken of 758 students (347 men and 411 women) from public high schools in Murcia Region. The age of students are between 13 & 18 years old (M = 15.22, SD = 1.27). The questionnaire used was composed by the Sport Satisfaction Instrument, the Sport Motivation Scale and the Achievement Goals Questionaire. Descriptive analyzes, correlations and structural equation models were performed. The results show high values in positive satisfaction, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and preliminary approach, showing positive correlations between them. Finally, satisfaction is shown as an important predictor of intrinsic motivation, and this one, as a predictor of the mastery approach, being negative with mastery avoidance. Extrinsic motivation essentially predicts non action issue.
