Abstract

Reseña de la publicación: Panorama sobre Derechos Sexuales y Reproductivos y Políticas Públicas en Colombia, de José Fernando Serrano Amaya, Maria Yaneth Pinilla Alfonso, Marco Julián Martínez Moreno, Fidel Alejandro Ruíz Caicedo. El objetivo de este libro es realizar un diagnóstico, lo más amplio posible, de las formas de regulación de la sexualidad en Colombia. Así, tanto en la Presentación como en la Introducción se aclara que el análisis se enfoca, principalmente, en la regulación Estatal; es decir, en las políticas públicas y las normas jurídicas. Por este motivo, aunque se reconoce la existencia de un gran número de movimientos sociales de base que han impulsado los logros obtenidos en esta materia, dichas realidades se excluyen de la investigación. Y dado que el debate sobre derechos sexuales y reproductivos (DSR) se impulsó en Colombia a partir de la promulgación de la Constitución Política vigente, la investigación, en términos temporales, parte de 1991.
