La adopción del modelo de libre comercio plantea en América Latina enormes desafíos en lo que concierne a las comunicaciones y la cultura. Vale preguntarse, si no son, en cierta manera, desafíos compartidos por todas las partes y precisar quiénes son los desafiados.
