En el presente artículo se describe una nueva metodología para la deteminación de taninos y no taninos en muestras de extractos vegetales de forma simultánea y sin pretratamiento de la muestra. La técnica se basa en el uso de la espectroscopía en el infrarrojo cercano (NIR) y calibración multivariante. Se ha aplicado a muestras reales de extractos vegetales.
