The authors analyze the value that could have the self-assessment of the students at the end of a course of clinical practice based on their experience in the degree of medicine. A comparative study of the final grade obtained from the OSCE (objective structured clinical evaluation) performed at the end of the academic year and the note which they considered should be by responses obtained in a questionnaire of opinion and self-assessment carried out also at the end of the course to demonstrate achievements in obtaining competencies and skills in clinical practice

Els autors reflexionen sobre el valor que pot tenir l'autoavaluació en una assignatura de pràctiques clíniques a partir la seva experiència en una assignatura del Grau de Medicina. Es realitza un estudi comparatiu de la nota final de l'examen final tipus ACOE per demostrar l'assoliment de les competències del curs, amb la nota final que ells consideraven que haurien de tenir, a partir de les respostes obtingudes en un qüestionari d'opinió i autoavaluació que van omplir al final de les pràctiques.
