Abstract

A partir de la STSJ de Navarra de 22 de enero de 2015, en este artículo se procede al estudio de la nueva regulación de la ultraactividad de los convenios colectivos introducida por la Reforma Laboral de 2012 y la doctrina elaborada recientemente sobre esta materia por parte del Tribunal Supremo y recogida en la STS de 22 de diciembre de 2014 y la STS de 17 de marzo de 2015.

In the context of the High Court of Justice’s decision of Navarra, January 22, 2015, this article analyze the new regulation of ultraactivity of collective agreement taking as reference the decision of the Spanish Supreme Court, December 22, 2014 and March 17, 2015.
