Profesorado universitario: estrés laboral. Factor de riesgo de salud

Abstract

Descriptive, cross-sectional study, performed at the University of Lleida during the year 2002. The total population comprised 667 lecturers of whom 51 accepted to participate in our study. We collected personal information and employment situation. We also assessed the level of job satisfaction, work-related stress/burnout (MBI) and health status.
