Suma't a la igualtat!

Abstract

Aquest treball analitza la situació actual de la igualtat de gènere i la coeducació en la nostra societat. Un cop realitzat aquest anàlisi es pretén treballar la coeducació familiar a partir d’una intervenció educativa amb pares i infants d'edats entre 8 i 12 anys. El projecte consta de catorze sessions on es treballen quatre grans continguts (usos del temps en la vida quotidiana, formació i estudis, lleure i expressió de les emocions). Les sessions són setmanals, una hora de treball separat entre infants i pares respecte els mateixos continguts i mitja hora de treball en comú (pares i infants). El projecte segueix la metodologia experiencial, és a dir, les sessions pretenen que les famílies puguin analitzar, identificar i reflexionar sobre les seves idees, sentiments i accions de la vida quotidiana tenint en compte les seves creences i idees prèvies. El treball és en grups reduïts per tal de fomentar aquesta reflexió. La funció de l’educador/a és la de fomentar la participació activa de totes les famílies, acompanyant-les en la reflexió i regulació del clima emocional del grup i proporcionar-los estratègies per treballar la coeducació. El projecte va acompanyat d'un bloc informàtic per acompanyar a les famílies i facilitar-los la reflexió, els materials, els recursos, la informació, etc per treballar la coeducació.

This project analyses the present situation of equity of gender and the coeducation in our society. Once this analyses is finished, we will start to work the familiar coeducation based on interviews with parents and children between 8 and 12 years. The project consists on fourteen sessions where we work four main issues: uses of everyday life, formation and studies, free time and the expression of the emotions. The sessions are weekly, an hour of work with parents separate from the children and then half hour of work all together (parents and children). The project follows the experiential methodology, in other words, the sessions aim that families can analyze, identify and reflect their ideas, feelings and daily activities considering their beliefs and their previous ideas. The work is in small groups to promote this way of thinking. The task of professional is to encourage all the families to an active participation, to accompany them in their reflexions and in the regulation of the emotional climax the group and to give them strategies to work the coeducation. The project has an informatics system to help and support the families in making them easier their reflexions, materials, information, etc to work the coeducation.
