La pèrdua d’identitat a xarxes socials

Abstract

Vivim immersos en una era on la identitat s’ha convertit en una representació per a l’exposició pública. Les xarxes socials han deixat de ser canals de comunicació per convertir-se en escenaris d’autorepresentació, on cada usuari actua davant d’una audiència que condiciona profundament les seves conductes. En aquest context, neix una problemàtica que per a la societat d’avui en dia és central: la pèrdua de la identitat personal a conseqüència de la hipervisibilitat digital. Aquest Treball de Fi de Grau parteix d’aquesta preocupació i s’articula al voltant d’una recerca teòrica i pràctica que pretén analitzar com les dinàmiques socials poden afectar la construcció del jo. L’objectiu principal és entendre com les persones es relacionen amb la seva pròpia imatge a l’entorn digital i com aquest entorn pot influir en l’autocensura, la despersonalització i la dependència de validació externa. La motivació d’aquest treball neix d’una observació personal de com les xarxes socials influeixen en el comportament i en com es modifiquen els discursos personals per adaptar-se a allò que s’espera. Aquesta inquietud s’ha anat accentuant al llarg del curs, especialment per a una assignatura que plantejava una reflexió crítica sobre l’impacte de les xarxes en la societat. Va ser a partir d’aquest punt que em va sorgir la voluntat d’ampliar i aprofundir en el tema, convertint-lo en el meu TFG.
