Disseny i modelatge 3D d'un braç robòtic

Abstract

Este documento contiene la memoria del proyecto de final de grado para la titulación de Ingeniería Mecánica de la Escuela Politécnica Superior (EPS), de la Universidad de Lleida (UdL). El proyecto desarrolla el proceso de diseño de un brazo robótico que consta de cinco grados de libertad, para un uso personal como asistente para personas con diversidad funcional. Este quedará fijado a una silla eléctrica de la marca “Quickie”, modelo “Q200M”. Las acciones que realiza se centran en la sujeción de diversidad de objetos, situados relativamente cerca del usuario, el movimiento de estos en los tres planos del espacio (x, y y z), el accionamiento de interruptores y, finalmente, la sujeción de cierta tipología de pomos de puertas. El diseño de las piezas componentes del brazo se ha realizado con el software de CAD Creo Parametric.

Aquest document conté la memòria del projecte final de grau per a la titulació d’Enginyeria Mecànica de l’Escola Politècnica Superior (EPS), de La Universitat de Lleida (UdL). El projecte desenvolupa el procés de disseny d’un braç robòtic amb cinc graus de llibertat, per a ús personal com a assistent per a persones amb diversitat funcional. Aquest quedarà fixat a una cadira elèctrica de la marca “Quickie”, model “Q200M”. Les funcions a satisfer es centren en la subjecció de diversitat d’objectes, relativament propers a l’usuari, el moviment d’aquests en els tres plans de l’espai (x, y i z), l’accionament d’interruptors i, finalment, la subjecció de certa tipologia de manetes de portes. El disseny de les peces que componen el braç es realitza mitjançant el software de CAD Creo Parametric.
